When you think of Blake Lively's hair the first thing that comes to mind is that gorgeous head of care free blonde tumbling locks. Surprisingly it's a lot easier to get her hair than you'd think. Her lovely locks are a great look for summer and will stay timeless all season long.
1. Start off with nice, clean, slightly damp hair. Flip your had upside down and spray it with a volumizing spray. This will add more body to your tresses which is what you need.
2. When you come back up cover your hair in a heat protectant to avoid it from being damaged by the curling iron you're about to use.
3. If you have really curly hair you might want to run a straightener through your hair first to tame all those curls before you start with the next step.
4. Once your hair is prepped then divide your hair into 4 sections and secure them onto of the head. Take 1 section of the time and use a bigger barrel to start curling your hair. The big barrel is what really gives the effect we're looking for here. Also don't curl all your curls in the same direction, you want it to look natural, therefore alternate your curling patterns will do just the trick.
5. When every section is done spray it with a holding spray so it won't lose its shape.
6. Once you're done all 4 sections you're nearly done. Blow them lightly with cold air to separate the curls gently to give them a more natural look.
