With summer in it's prime and the heat really letting us know what it's made of, it has us all either wanting to keep our hair in a beach styles bun at the top of our head or for some it's time for a trip to the salon for a short hairstyle! With so many options for a short hairstyle there's no telling what you can do. We have the pixie cut for those that want to take it to a short extreme. There's the bowl cut or bob for those that want to keep relatively long for a short hairstyle, and we have a throwback to the '80's with an A symmetrical cut. Finding the right style for your face shape is the next step. Suggested style for round face would be a bob cut to the Jaw with a soft side swept bang. For a square face a pixie cut with wispy bangs would be an appropriate option or even an asymmetrical cut with a curlier texture would be an edgier style. And lastly for an oval shaped face a bowl cut or anything with a lil' hair on the face will help create an illusion of a fuller face.
