I won't accept that we're nearing the end of summer. We spent too long waiting for it and not enough time in its company. For visiting beaches and reading under leafy trees, one season's just not enough. So as a way of extending the summer, I'm going to take you on a little excursion to the world of swimwear.
Chloe Resort 2013 Swim is now available for pre-order on Moda Operandi, and even though you'll have to a wait a "hot minute" to receive shipment on any order you place, the promise of some brand spanking new beachwear might give you some motivation to disrupt the upcoming winter months with a holiday trip to some sunny destination. Or you could just do what I do and buy designer swimwear at online trunk shows and make mojitos and pretend your apartment is some kind of a cabana.
Chloe Swim 2013 is available in a variety of styles but most excitingly, the line offers chic and extremely flattering one-pieces galore. Items retails from $195 for a beach towel to $695 for a sarong, though most swimsuits come in at the $400-$500 mark. You can't afford not to buy ... me that ruched ruffle halterneck on the right.
