Marchesa wasn't the only brand inspired by India this season; Matthew Williamson looked to the exotic land for Spring 2013 and unsurprisingly this translated into a parade of color, ornate prints, silk chiffon, tassel necklaces, and various mirror and beaded embellishments.
Despite the bright colorways and embellishments, however, this was one of Williamson's most wearable collections to date and many of the looks were tempered with solid separates. The designer was also wise to keep many of his more boldly colored looks tailored this season.
