This season, Burberry Artistic Consultant Wendy Rowe worked with Christopher Bailey to develop a cool, strong, and feiminine look using the brand's own range of cosmetics. Anyone who has worn a Burberry beauty lipstick knows that the formulation can't be beat, so we'll definitely be in line to try Siren Red, the new Lip Velvet created for this show. The collection was filled with candy-wrapper metallics and jewel-toned brights so this simple sophisticated look worked perfectly to accent but not overwhelm the look.
Burberry never does anything halfway and the star-studded show wasn't just filled with celebrities wearing Burberry on their bodies but front row denizens Olivia Palermo, Gabriella Wilde, and Olympian Victorial Pendleton were also wearing the brand's celebrated beauty collection. Now, you can get the look at home.
To get the look, Rowe used Burberry's Sheer Foundation, Sheer Concealer, and Sheer Powder to give the models flawless skin. She then went in with Burberry Glow in Fresh Glow as a highlighter and Light Glow in Earthy Blush No 07 on the cheeks. To get the subtly defined eyes, Rowe used the Sheer Eye Shadows in Gold Trench No 04 and Pale Barley No 22 with the Eye Definer in Golden Brown 06. The statement feature was definitely the lips and to get them she used Siren Red, which is launching soon, and the Lip Definer in Brick Red No 05.
