I remember, once upon a time, our short-haired readers felt they didn't see enough hairstyle ideas on the red carpet that applied to them. How things have changed! So many celebrities have gone short over the past year or two, and they've totally debunked the idea that short hair isn't as versatile as long. Latest example: Julianne Hough, who wore this adorable half-up hairstyle while out and about in Los Angeles yesterday.
The top section of Julianne's hair was loosely swept back, twisted, then secured with a lacy-looking barrette. The front was poufed up a bit, adding to the easy-breezy feeling.
