When we spotted Katy B on stage at the MTV Brand New for 2014 recently, we couldn't help but notice that her hair looked absolutely gorgeous! Then we got to thinking, about how her hair always look pretty good. It's hard to imagine this star having a bad hair day and, after having a look through her recent red carpet appearances, we found a good few inspiring hairstyles.
Here are our favourites, enjoy! Curly
At the MTV Brand New for 2014, Katy was rocking a lovely curly 'do. She wore her hair with a side parting and styled it in loose curls for the occasion. The curls added some serious body to her mid-length locks and framed her face beautifully. Straight
At the Barclaycard Mercury Prize 2013 ceremony, Katy wore her hair in a neat, straight style. She kept her signature side parting but went for a smooth finish. This was a great 'do for her and it gave her whole look a distinctly polished feel. This style would be a great one to copy for a job interview or a similarly formal occasion; it's the perfect simple but effective style. Retro
At the 2013 NME Awards, Katy went for old school glamour with a glossy, retro curly hairstyle.
The curls were well defined and glossy, which created a 1950s screen siren vibe. Retro hair is huge at the moment, and this style would be a great one to steal if you want to work the trend. Tousled
At the 2013 Ivor Novello Awards, the singer went for a wonderfully casual style. She kept her trusty side parting but styled her hair into easy, dishevelled waves. This really is the perfect weekend hair. It's easy, breezy and super sexy. Faux hawk
At the Olympic Torch Relay Coca Cola Concert, Katy B was working a faux hawk. She had styled her hair into a deep side parting and pinned one side of her hair back against the side of her head. The rest of her locks were styled into soft retro waves. This style would also be great for a more formal setting, it's the ultimate versatile hairatyle!
So there you have it, five gorgeous styles from one gorgeous girl. Which will you try?
